Web Link Heavy Metal Text Ad Exchange

I really wanted to like this exchange, but it just fizzled. The membership has been stuck in the 70's for a long time and it doesn't seem like the administrator does much to actively grow the membership. Part of my problem with this site, aside from lousy response, is that the admin is kind of rude. Rules are rules, but making the main feature of the main member's page a threat for account deletion is just a turn-off. I rarely go here anymore because it's a waste of time and I just... I don't know, don't like the attitude of the admin. To each their own; your mileage may vary.
